California Education Partners is 510(c)3 non-profit organization, governed by a Board of Directors made up of educators, researchers, and other leading community members. Board members serve three-year, staggered terms, renewable by quorum of the board. The board meets quarterly in person in San Francisco, CA and by videoconference, in order to set policy for the organization, oversee the organization’s finances and contracts, review and approve an annual strategic plan, review organizational results, and provide long-term, strategic input for the organization’s goals and activities.
