Q: What is something you do a lot in your job?
Most of my time is spent supporting district leaders –– Assistant Superintendents, Directors, and/or Principals –– in organizing themselves to create efficient and effective team meetings. I provide a sounding board for them on how they envision the work. We craft team meetings based on their vision and our shared goals within the collaboration. I design a balance between the technical and relational aspects of these meetings

Staying current with math pedagogy research and navigating the development of a formative to summative assessment system within districts for young learners.
